Corporate On-call service
The Faculty of English is pleased to introduce its international Corporate On-Call Service™. We provide on-the-spot assistance over the telephone for an annual or biannual subscription fee.

Our On-call service packages have been developed for clients who often need quick answers to small queries without going through a formal submission process. Such queries may concern the suitability of a single word or phrase in a particular document, a minor translation, or last-minute presentation preparation details.

The service has been found to be particularly useful for larger translation companies which may require fast assistance with specialist terminology for small sections of a project. 
Service categories

The Corporate On-call service provides assistance in the following categories:

  • English language grammar and structure
  • Translation
  • Presentation techniques

 

Customers may subscribe to any or all of these categories, depending on the services required and the anticipated frequency of use. 

The prices below do not include all relevant taxes  - see below for further information. Rates may be adjusted to reflect the number of persons or departments which use the service in each organisation.

 

Editing and Translation Package

Subscribers to our Editing and Translation package are entitled to on-the-spot assistance with queries related to the grammar, structure and context of a document, as well as simple translations. The subscription is valid for queries up to a maximum of thirty (30) fifteen-minute consultations or the equivalent per six-month period.

 

Presentation Package

Our Presentation package supplements the Editing and Translation service. Customers receive virtually unlimited on-the-spot assistance with editing and translation queries, oral presentation techniques and advice on document formulation.*
Subscription fees are payable in advance. Please contact us for further information. 

 
NOTES:

*The Corporate On-call service is designed to facilitate rapid, urgent or low-volume queries. It is not intended to be a replacement for our regular services or submission procedures. Clients who attempt to handle substantial and extensive queries via this service will either be referred to our Consulting Services Division or asked to make their submissions via the normal channels and will be charged at the applicable rates for those services.

A half-year subscription is valid for a period of six (6) consecutive months. Taxes will be applied to the quoted rates. These will be waived for EU clients on provision of a valid company registration/VAT number.

The Faculty of English reserves the right to adjust the prevailing exchange rates in accordance with market fluctuations. However, we guarantee that the rate quoted upon registration will be valid for the duration of your subscription.
