We check the spelling, grammar, punctuation and structure of your document and suggest the changes to be made while ensuring that the overall context of the document is preserved. The document is then delivered to you for implementation of the suggested changes.  

This may be compared to our copy-editing services, where a more comprehensive editing process is carried out. 

1. a draft of the original submission with the suggested changes clearly highlighted and
2. a list of the editing marks which may be found in the document.

Detailed explanations of the suggested changes may be included where necessary. Such explanations may even be used as references in the preparation of future documents. 

Standard (British) English will be used in all documents unless otherwise requested.
