(1) Strategic writing and
communication |
This intensive course will
introduce participants to fundamental aspects of formal
writing and communication in academic settings. The work
will be divided into four modules: correspondence
tailoring, report writing, thesis formulation and
presentation design. The course will also address how to
deal with obstacles encountered in written and spoken
communication. Participants will be provided with
guidelines, tips and templates for working through
scenarios in all four modules.

(2) Effective presentations |
|
This course teaches participants how to harness
available material and tools to prepare and give clear,
effective public presentations. Special segments are
dedicated to structural layouts and formatting,
branding, time management, useful terminology and
audience interaction. Guidelines, tips and templates are
provided. Strong emphasis is placed on international
communication.
