Copy-editing services
Our Copy-editing Division provides comprehensive editing services.

We correct the correcting the spelling, grammar, punctuation and structure of your document. We also edit the contents according to your instructions while ensuring that the document's specific and general contexts are preserved.

You receive three documents upon completion of the work:
  1. a draft of the original submission with the changes clearly highlighted
  2. the edited version of your document with no highlights or notes (this saves you time as it can usually be used right away for the intended purpose)
  3. a list of the editing marks which may be found in the document.

We can also provide you with a copy of the edited document in PDF format as an added courtesy.

Detailed explanations of the suggested changes may be included where necessary. Such explanations may even be used as references in the preparation of future documents. 
 

Standard (British) English will be used in all documents unless otherwise requested.
