We operate a flexible
payment system to cater to accommodate our clients.

|
| |
| |
Corporate
clients |
|
|
An
invoice is normally sent to qualified corporate
clients after completion and delivery of work.
Payment is then due within 20 days of
delivery, depending on the volume of work and
client status. |
|
| |
Corporate
clients who wish to pay by invoice must submit a
valid company registration/VAT number.
The billing
model applied to each client is determined
solely at The Faculty's discretion. See related
article.

|
| |
Non-corporate
clients and students |
|
|
Non-corporate
clients are billed either before or in conjunction with
the delivery of completed work. Payment is
normally expected in advance or upon delivery.
Approved post-delivery payments are due within 10 days. |
|
| |
Students
whose bills will be paid directly by their schools
or universities may be asked to submit written
acceptances of the quoted rates and conditions
from their supervisors. |
|
|
|
Corporate clients who place
substantial orders (requiring four weeks or more to
process) will be asked to make a deposit of at least 25%
of the estimated total cost before any work is started and
at least 50% of the total before delivery of any part of
the work. Non-corporate clients who place large orders
will be required to deposit 50% of the quoted amount with
their order and the remaining 50% before or upon delivery.
